[Cond]_IsVehicleDriving¶
Overview¶
- Checks whether the vehicle the BaseObject(character) is riding is currently in motion.
- The condition returns Trueif the vehicle has any speed.
- If the character is not riding a vehicle or the vehicle is stationary, it returns False.
