Execute_SetHouseholdBizTemplate
Description
Sets a HouseholdBiz business template and work schedule for the site identified by the SiteTag in S1. BaseObject must be the HouseholdBiz manager; if not, this Execute does nothing. Aborted if the site already has a DefaultHouseholdBizDtId set. After applying changes, update packets for data cache and app UI are sent to clients.
Parameters

| BaseObject | Character who must be the biz manager to apply the changes |
| S1 | Site tag used to find the target HouseholdBiz site |
| S2 | Business template name to apply |
| F1 | Work start time (hour) passed to SetWorkTime |
| F2 | Work end time (hour) passed to SetWorkTime |
