Execute_OpenClothingRackBuyAndWearOutfitPicker
Description
Opens the clothing-rack garment ContentPicker for the BaseObject(Self) player. Selecting a garment unlocks it and immediately swaps that part onto the currently worn outfit (other parts unchanged).
