Execute_ClearSchoolUniform
Description
BL-58644: Clears the designated school uniform for the mannequin's body gender on the school owning the mannequin's site. Enrolled students' School outfit is randomized (the uniform overwrote their personal look, so there is nothing to restore) and the mannequin reverts to its placed default.
