Execute_ApplyRandomSalonHair

Description

(Legacy) Immediately applies a random hair within the employee skill level range from SalonHairPool to the Target customer. Replaced by the SelectOrRandomSalonHair + ApplySelectedSalonHair/ApplyFailSalonHair path, but kept for existing data compatibility.

NonBase	Target (customer). Hair change target.
