OutfitCategory	EB1OutfitCategory	Default outfit category worn when going to work. None means no outfit change. If the schedule slot's OutfitCategory/CostumeId is set, the slot value takes precedence.
ProgressBarTitleTextId	string	Text key for the progress bar title.
RankTitleTextId	string	Text key for the rank title label.
RecommendSkillIds	string[]	Recommended skill IDs for employees.
RequiredCareerDtIds	string[]	Prerequisite Career DtIds (OR). Visible if the member belongs to any listed Career; visible to all when empty.
UnexcusedAbsenceScriptId	string	Script ID executed when a member is marked as unexcused absence.
bRoleNameSkipSiteMatch	boolean	If true, RoleName is shown to players in the same SiteArea regardless of schedule Site match. Use for careers whose duty area spans multiple SiteAreas (e.g., school staff).
